Estimates and scope of work

Estimates are based on the information, photographs, and property conditions available when the estimate is provided. Prices may change if the property’s condition or requested work differs from what was originally described.

Additional work will be discussed with the customer before it is performed.

Scheduling and weather

Service dates and arrival times depend on scheduling, weather, equipment availability, and safe working conditions.

Rain, storms, excessive heat, wet ground, or other unsafe conditions may require service to be delayed or rescheduled.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

Before service begins, customers must:

• Secure pets and keep people away from active work areas.
• Unlock gates and provide any necessary access instructions.
• Remove toys, hoses, decorations, furniture, and other movable objects.
• Identify property boundaries.
• Clearly mark sprinkler heads, irrigation equipment, cables, pipes, drains, lighting, landscape features, and other objects that may be difficult to see.

Existing and hidden property conditions

All About Grass is not responsible for pre-existing damage or ordinary wear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All About Grass is not liable for damage caused by hidden, buried, unmarked, improperly installed, deteriorated, or difficult-to-see objects or property conditions.

This includes damage involving irrigation systems, sprinkler heads, utility lines, cables, pipes, drains, landscape lighting, edging, roots, rocks, stumps, fences, decorations, vehicles, or other objects that were not disclosed, removed, or clearly marked before service.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about known hazards and property conditions.

Overgrown properties and cleanup

Overgrown yards may contain hidden objects, holes, pests, debris, animal waste, sharp materials, or other hazards.

Heavy growth, excessive debris, hauling, disposal, repeated mowing, specialized equipment, or additional labor may result in additional charges. Any additional work or pricing will be discussed with the customer before continuing whenever reasonably possible.

All About Grass may stop or decline work if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope of service.

Flying debris and nearby property

Lawn equipment can occasionally move rocks, sticks, glass, metal, or other concealed debris.

Customers should move vehicles and protect fragile property near the work area. All About Grass is not responsible for damage caused by hidden debris or objects that could not reasonably be seen or avoided.

Service results

Results depend on the existing condition of the lawn, plants, soil, drainage, weather, irrigation, pests, disease, and prior maintenance.

All About Grass does not guarantee that damaged, unhealthy, neglected, or overgrown lawns and plants will recover or remain free of weeds, pests, or disease.

Questions or concerns

Customers should inspect the completed work and promptly call or text with any questions or concerns.

All About Grass must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address a reported service issue before another company performs corrective work.

Payment and cancellations

Pricing, payment timing, accepted payment methods, deposits, and any cancellation charges will be communicated before service when applicable.

Any special payment or cancellation terms included in an estimate or written agreement will control for that service.

Property photographs

Before-and-after photographs may be taken to document completed work.

Photographs will only be used for advertising or public display with permission from the property owner or authorized customer. Street addresses and personal information will not be intentionally displayed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All About Grass and Can Do Services are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from lawn-care or cleanup services.

For claims arising from ordinary negligence, any liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service connected with the claim, except where a different limitation is required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability resulting from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing.
